Farewell to a friend

Tomorrow we will say good bye to a friend. Steve Gross was one of the veterinarians that I worked for at Bear River Vet. He and another vet were involved in a roll over acciedent one week ago. He sustanted a broken neck and a laerated spianl cord. On saturday he passed away. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family, coworkers at the clinic.
I am SO thankful for the knowledge I have of the gospel and the chance that families have to be together forever if we work hard and do the best we can and follow His plan.

Ava and her Daddy

Most all my family say that that Ava looks like her Daddy. After some figuring out I managed to get a shot of a picture of Seth as a kid and a picture of Ava. I put them together so everyone could see want your opinion as to whether she looks like her daddy. Enjoy!!!!!

Crazy November, Crazy but Fun!

In the last month a ton has happened. We went to the zoo earlier this month, then the next weekend we went to Salt Lake City. We went to the gateway and got the girls a couple of build a bear bears, and stayed the night in the Radisson downtown. We went so that Ava and I could go to Princess on Ice.
It was most of her birthday, and she LOVED it. We got there and sat down, Ava kept saying "where are the Princess?" A family came and sat infront of us and the parents sat right in front of Ava so she sat on my lap. Then it all began, Tinkerbell came out and all Ava could say was "WOW"... As each princess came out she named them and was so excited for each one. I don't think she blinked once. All she could say was thank you mommy i loved the princess dancing.
The next week we flew out to North Carolina to spend thanksgiving with Seth's Family. We had a ton of fun just being together. WE went to a Renaissance festival, The North Carolina Zoo and played tons of games and went for some good fun walks. there was just so much that happened that it is impossible to name it all.
While we were there it was Ava's 3rd birthday. Grandma Graham made we an orange Cat cake. WE had celebrated her birthday with my family the sunday after princess. We also had a cake on thanksgivingf for my birthday since it was a week from then. She kept sayinging it's my birthday. thank you for my prents. Thanksgiving was So much fun too. WE had all the brothers and a set of great grandparents, and a couple of friends. It was crowded at the table but tons of fun. The next day we flew home... I was so proud of how well the girls did on the planes.
Today i took the girls to the doctor to get thier H1N1 shots and Ava's 3 year check.
She weighs 34 lbs putting her near 90th percentile and around 38 1/2 inches tall, she wouldn't really stand well for it so we are saying it is close enough, which also puts her in the 75th to 90th percentile. She is justy getting so big I can't believe it. This week brings my birthday, eye appointments and a much needed girls weekend with NO kiddo's, Seth will be taking them overnight so I can have a small break. Lots of pictures to come waiting for them to get here.

Zoo Fun

Last Friday we took the girls to the zoo. The last we went was in June and so we thought it was about time to go. Seth had the day off so we got up and headed to first get my phone looked at, it was cutting out when i would talk to anyone. After we got that taken care of we were off to the zoo. It was so much fun, it was kinda windy but not to bad.
Ava was excited as she always is to go and see the animals. Madison seemed to enjoy it as well. We got to see the new baby elephant her name is zuri and ava was excited to see her, we also saw baby tigers and a baby snow leopard, a baby giraffe ( he was born on my dad's birthday. ava got to ride the carosel and she loses that part. We rode the train and had a ton of fun having a little family time...
Tomorrrow ava and I are going to princess on ice for her birthday as dada and madison have some fun time too. WE got a hotel room since it is supposed to snow and we have evening tickets, plus ava loves hotels. Plus in one week we are off to see Seth's parents for a week. WE are excited that most will get to meet little miss madison and see how grown up ava is. Not to mention they get to celebrate Ava's 3rd birthday with her on her birthday. More posts to come as our fun times continue.

What can I say I got Ape Arms, and so does Ava

Halloween Fun

This Halloween was WAY fun and Way different than any other I have ever had. We had lots of fun carving pumpkins...about a week before halloween we got 2 pumpkins and seth carved Boo from the mario games and i did Tinkerbell for Ava. Then the Firday before my sister asked us to come and help her carve hers. Ava was really excited to see gina and courtney and Kade. So Seth and I worked on 2 of the 3 and my brother got off early and so he carved the other one. Cameron did the headless horse man, and i did a cyclopes for Kade (what he asked for), and seth did this Amazing skull pumpkin, the cap and all. He shaved it can cut it our, we loved it. On friday we took the girls downtown to go trick or treating to the stores downtown. Saturday we hit a few friends and our ward halloween party where we got WAY too much candy. We went to my parents, KAyla's Parents to see kayla and Cameron and we went out and spent soem times with "aunt" Brandy. Sorry our camera died so i don't have any pictures. my sister has some but i am too lazy to get htem at the moment so i will work on getting them and adding them later.
WE are getting pretty excited to go and see Seth's parents and family. It will be the first time most will see madison and it has been some time since those that have seen her have seen her. We are looking to Avas 3rd birthday. that is most of it for now....Seth did strat his job at the rec center supervising the archery range tonight, he likes it so YAY...as a side note Madison is attempting to learn to walk on her own we may have a walking girl before 8 months we will see.

Big Changes

So I had my tonsils out last friday. Everything went great and i wasn't as sore as I thought I would be. After trying to get my hair to do something where it would be out of the way for the surgury I got sick of it, so I chopped it off. I mean really chopped it off, it was to my shoulders and now it really doesn't go past my ears. We also had Ava's hair cut and it shows her curls so much better. we are still waiting for my throat to heal and feel better.

On a sad note we found out my cousin Kristen Khuene Renyolds passed away this moring from cardiace arrest. She was 40 and has been married for 1 year and leaves behind a 5 month old baby girl. She was a fun loving, caring and outgoing person, who loved to travel. Our hearts my be broken but we know that through our loving heavely fathe rwe can see her agian and she is with our family who have already passed on. I love the plan of salvation and knowing there is a plan to be families forever.

New Pictures!!!!!

Today my mom took me and the girls down to get pictures of the girls since it has been a long time since we got Ava's and never had Madison's done. Ava is almost 3 and Madison is 6 months. Ava was so great she would pose and smile so good, the first picture with each pose was perfect, although Madison was being a pill and would not smile for almost anything. We still got some pretty cute ones too. Hear ya GO!!!

Week of All Craziness

So this week has been all craziness! Last Friday I went with my mom, sister, her kids and my kids to the circus. We went to Barnum and Bailey's and Wringling Brothers down in Salt Lake, I had a headache but it was a blast, it was really action packed and the kids loved it. We staye the night in a motel one of the kids' favorite things to do. We spent the day saturday shopping and then went to see my grandpa before we came home. It is heartbreaking to go and visit since he has Alzhiemer's and has gotten worse, he doesn't really recognize any of us as spends a lot of time saying he doesn't remeber and doesn't know what you are talking about.
Sunday we went to my parents for dinner and on our way home my throat started to hurt. THe next morning it was still hurting and my ears started to hurt too, I went and got a strep test since i knew I had been exposed. I was pretty positive it would be negitive and sure enough it was. When I had taken Madison in for her ear infecxtion the dr told me if it happened to me agian where my tonsil's swell and ears hurt I should go in and see an ENT, so I was told that i should probally go sooner rather than later, so I called and got an appointment for thursday morning.
Tuesday I took Madison for her 6 month check, she weighs 12 pounds and not on the charts for her weight, but is so active it is hard for her to keep any weight despite her eating 2 jars of babyfood, nursing around 8 times a day and getting the occasianal bottle along with all that. She is 26 inches long putting her around 75th percentile. Her head was around 50 percent as well although i can not remember what it was. She also got her usual vaccines plus her flu shot. She had to wait to make sure she didn't react to the flu shot, and while we were waiting her other leg looked pretty sore and yucky it wasred swollen and looked like she was having an allergy, but she had had all those before and we thought maybe it was the bandaide, and when we took off the bandadides sure enough she is like mom allergic to amoxicillin and bandaides. They gave ava a flu shot too, she was okay and then they poked her and she kept telling them ouch you are hurting me, stop that hurts.
Wednsday Seth and I got our flu shots, seth was fine but my needle bent so i have a pretty sore arm.
Today i went to the ENT. He checked me over and saw my tonsils are somewhat swollen, and that are scarred showing they have had lots of infections over a long period of time. They also sit on the side of my throat and not at the back, most likely causing most all my earaches as well. He told me I needed to get my Tonsil's out or it would continue to get worse. SO at the age of 24 and 10/12th i am getting my tonsil's out. A week from tomorrow I will be having them out. I am not looking forward to the recovery or surgury but to not have tonsilities 6-12 times a year and a decrease in earaches will make it all worth while. If only it could make these week plus long migraines go away too! (I have had one since before we went to the Circus with out a lot of real relief).
This means that the kids will have to wait to do swimming lessons since seth and i both have to do them with them. We are hoping I will be healed up before Halloween . My mom and are are going to try and get the girl's picktures done this weekend, and seth and my dad are going to try to go hunting, we will keep you posted on how the surgury goes.

WOW 6 months already

Time sure flies.....

I can not believe that Miss Madison is 6 months old today. She is so busy it is insane. Since her ear infect has cleared up she has surprised us with a new trick, she can sit up straight without any help. She has been sitting more up right for a few weeks, but always to one side and kinda leaning on her leg, but the other day she just sat up and looked at us like see I am a big girl and now you can fed me what you are eating. She has been really into our food although she really doesn't want to eat her's. This is pretty recent I think it has to do with all the medicine she had to take for the double ear infection. She is into standing on anything she can, and even tries to walk in her crib, and anything she can hold onto. She will walk if you hold her fingers and just wants to be moving all the time. She crawls everywhere and wants to be right with you all the time. She loves to try and feed herself, she takes the spoon and puts it in her mouth, she loves to shake the spoon and show her smiles off. She loves to give smiles and laughing at and with sister, she loves to hang out and love on mom and dad(sometimes). She is always up to new adventures, and looking at new things, if she can get her hands on it she is investigating it. She loves to put everything in her mouth, and loves to tear up paper. She loves to listen to stories and tries to read them herself, at least she looks like she is.
Her once long (for a baby) black-brown hair only remains in a few spots the back of her head and wanna be Mohawk on top the rest has come in short and blonde, we are waiting to see as it gets longer if it will curl like sister's or if it will be straight or somewhere in between. We are all betting on when she will be off and walking since she doesn't seem to think that she needs to wait until she is supposed to for everything else.
She goes to the Dr. on Tuesday and will have to update you on her stats.
Tomorrow we are going to the Circus with my mom sister and her kids, we are staying the night in a hotel and Ava loves to do this, she can go swimming and play with "Courtney-Kade". We went last year and Ava loved all the animals and the "pretty dancers".
Seth gets to have the house to himself plus the dog, hopefully he will enjoy the quiet time, and get some of his projects done.

What a weekend

This has been one LONG weekend. It all started on Thursday, Madison was really restless all Wednesday night and when we checked her temperature it was 102.5, i waited a little while and checked it again and still the same. I gave her some Tylenol and it came down some, but then it started to go back up. I also noticed she was pulling and grabbing at both ears. I called and her pediatrician was gone for the weekend, so i called my regular doctor and they got her in, the doctor checked her and was sure she had a double ear infection. We got some antibiotics and off we went. I started giving it to her and rotated Tylenol and Ibuprofen, and she was doing better, then her fever came back.
Friday was a miserable day since she had a fever of 103 or around there all day, she strated getting a Lacey look to her but i figured it was the temp she was, and about half way throught the day she got the diriah, it keep getting worse and worse, it felt so bad seeing how much pain she was in. All she wanted to do was be held and sleep. Now Madison is not a quiet still baby, she is crawling everywhere and pulling hewr self up an anything that holds still long enough, we talked with the doctor and he said to watch her and if irt got worse to let him know.
Saturday her fever broke until we gave her medicine and then it would spike and then come back down some and spike and stay high, she seemed more happy and even played some. IT was probally the best day since something new hadn't come up.
Sunday morning we gave her her medicine and then she needed shanged, and Seth noticed that she had a spotted stomache and back. Of course i got worried since both my dad and I are allgeric to all the clillins, penicillin, amoxicillin ect... we went and shoed my mom and dad her rash, they said to keep an eye on it and not take her to church, after we got back home i left a message for the doctor telling him waht was going on. We then decieded that I would hang out at my parents since her rash was spreading some and she was due for her next dose about the time our ward started and if she ahd a dramatic reaction i would have someone with me. of course the fever spiked and she just wanted to sleep, but was okay. We had dinner nad then we gave her her last dose at bed time, i made her sleep with use so that if she had any problems i could be right there and get her the help she would need.
Monday today, i called her peditirician since she was back and gave them the run down on what had happened, they had the nurse call me back, then they called me back and then the asked us to bring her right in. We where on our way when we got a call from the other dr saying the wanted to see her back in and check it, i told them we were going to the peditirician and they were fine with that. We got in and they weighed her and she was a whopping 12 lbs 9 ounces, glad she hadn't lost anyweught through this. After looking at her rash and checking her ears she still had the double ear infection, her throat was red so they did a strep test and decieded that she was allergic to the amoxicillin, so now we are on a new antibiotics for the next 5 days but this is once a day, let's hope that other then going through the temple with Kayla and Cameron and Kayla's wedding are the only exciting things that happen this weekend

YAY for Labor day

Sorry no pictures, the camera died and need to get new batteries to get them again..... I will be posting them later.

So we have been Potty training Ava Again, she was using the potty all on her own almost all the time about a month after Madison was born, then she just stopped. We were frusterated but you can't push Ava or she goes the other way. We got this thing called a WEE MINDER it has a watch with a timer and a book and movie. We read the book with her let her wear the timer and watched the movie. IT was nice because she would go use the potty when the timer went off until she learned how to make it sing, then it wasn't helping. The only thing she really liked was the song, which goes something like hop hop hop to the potty spot gonna hop hop hop to the potty spot, put a big smile on your face and hop hop hop to the potty spot. She would carry the book around and look at it, but one day she decided to use the potty, she stills wears pull-ups to bed and on long car trips but is really good at going both pee and poop in the potty, and love sto tell you she pooped in the potty for everything. YAY for Her using the Potty.
For Madison, She is Crawling the regualr Crawl alot more although she perfers to kinda hop like a frog. She has also learned she can pull herself up to standing. She now does it all the time. THis morning i went in to get her and was standing there in her crib holding on to the railing. I can't believe how big she is. No teeth yet but can she pinch.

So for LAbor day we went with my dad and brother to New Fork. We love it there and I have been going there since i was 6 months old. I love it there. We took our dog and our parents dog, pur dog weighs like 5 pounds but he is really fast, and he loves to chase squirells and anything else little that moves, he spent eh whole weekend chasing squirells We went fishing and caufht 7 fish in 2 days. WE did some shotting and a lot of walking. Ava Loved staying in the Cabin and asked today to go back.
SO the LAke is maybe 36 degrees, Ava wanted to go swimming, uncle cameron was out there in his swim suit and so she wanted to go to so we let her go in her pull up. She was having so much FUN! After a while her pull up was to heavy and full to move so she was out skinny dipping. I could not believe how much fun she was having. We let her play and play and play(with tons of sunscreen) she didn't get burned. After we got some clothes back on her we went out on a canoe and looked at the Osprey nest, we did this when i was a kids, but know there are 2, one of the kids came back and built a nest too. The girls had a little nap in the canoe, but we were sure Ava was gonna Swamp us since she would not hold still. We took a shower in an open shower, it would have been better if it hadn't been for the storm that came over us, but we all had fun seeing the trees and clouds It was so fun to watch the girls fall in love with this place that has always be neart and dear to my heart. Seth really likes it there too so it is a wonderful place for our whole family since we can take the dog too. After a fun weekend we headed back and hung out with my mom amd dad amd brother for a while at their house. The girls got to see their dresses for Cameron's wedding, Which is next week. Then headed home for dinner and bed time after some showeres and bathes. It was a long and fun weekend, to bad it couldn't have been a little longer.

WOW where does the time go?????

WOW I am really behind. Lets see we will start in July and move forward. First we had the Jones reunion which we already talked about, then the last weekend in July was my Mom's side reunion. WE went back to the cabins, the girls love it there. There is a play ground and Ava loved the swings and slides. We stayed in cabins and Ava asks all the time if we can go to the cabin. It was a blast to watch Ava with all the cousins around the same age. Madison had just started solid foods and was so excited to eat them that she would grab the spoon and try to pull them to her. The next week we went to Bear Lake with my sister, and her kids, and my cousin Jeri and her kids, Nicole and her kids, and My aunt Kathy, and Cousins Maegan, Kayla, and Jessica. We were the first ones there and i got my car stuck on the sand, it really sucked, there were 3 guys there and they came to try and help me out, in the end they flagged down a guy with a truck and they pulled my car out. After all that fun i ended up as read as a lobster even with 5 applications of sunscreen to my back. The girls didn't get burned thank goodness, it was a ton of fun but would have been better without the wind.
Then that weekend Nicole blessed her baby it was so fun to see all the family there. That same weekend Our Friend James got married. We wanted to go, unfortunately things didn't work out. Then Robert came for a few days, that was pretty fun too. On the 23rd Seth and I celebrated our 4th anniversary. The wed. Before we left the kids with Gina and had a quiet picinc at home. When we went to pick up the girls Ava was just not ready to leave yet so seth played with the kids, to calm them down he told them a story that goes something like
"once there was an evil oger and he at people, the kind cut off his head and he died friendless and alone, the moral of the story don't eat people" at the end my neice asked if the story was about seth. We all cracked up and couldn't stop laughing.
On the 29th my sister went through the Oquirrh Mt. Temple. We were so excited to go with her. We stayed the nigfht in a hotel and Ava was SO excited about it. After we went to eat at Johny Carino's. THe girls were so funny, Ava loved the roasted Garlic and oil dip, she was loved the rip and dip as we called it. Gina was holding Madison and gave her the lemon out of the glass, Madison was really into it, she would suck on it until it was to sour and would pull a face and then go right back to sucking it. Ava was running around witha lemon so seth held her down and squirted her in the mouth with it. IT was hillarious.

Where has the Time Gone?

I can't believe how fast the time has gone!!!! Today Madison turned 4 months old! She went to the doctor today and weighs a mighty 11 pounds 1.5 ounces, and was 24 inches long. She is quite the "petite" baby as they put it. She is small like gina's kids but looks really porpotional, just small. She has gotten longer and gained weight but since she is so active she burns lots of energy so she gets to start solid foods. She likes rice cereal okay but thinks carrots are weird and keeps making a funny face but since this is the first time she really doesn't know what to do with them. The dr says she is super strong and also ahead of the curve developmentally. She can roll both ways and does her own kind of crawling, she gets her little bum in the air and pushes with her feet or pulls with her arms, if she would just pick up her head with her bum in the air she would be crawlimg, i can't bewlieve it! she also is teething, although if it weren't for the drooling i really wouldn't know, her gums are swollen too. she likes to suck on her hands and feet but she has dsone that since she was born so i really didn't notice that she isn't cranky or anything.
Madison has also been giggling, althought the only person she will laugh for is her sister! SHe has the cutest giggle, today they were having so much fun giggling together. I tried to get it on tape but it didn't happen.
This next weekend is another family reunion so i will update you on the reunions then.

She did WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?

The last few weeks have been crazy with all that has gone on. I went up on the 2nd of July to pick up my grandma so she could visit for the 4th. I got the girls up early and headed over to my mom's to drop off our dog since they were doing work on our parking lot we had to stay off it. Since Seth was at work we didn't want to leave him home alone all day since we weren't sure when we could park again. Madison was fine I got her in her stroller and she was asleep again, Ava on the other hand was a little bear and mad she had to get up and dressed before she wanted too. Luckily about 20 minutes into our 2- 2 1/2 hour drive she fell asleep. We went in long enough to pick up Grandma and set off down the road again, this time we hit more traffic slowed way down in construction but made it Evanston to Evanston 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. I was suprised since i wasn't speeding or anything. We met up with my brother for a minute and Seth at my parents. We were also waitng fro Robert Seth's brother to come and visit for the 4th. He left later then he thougth origanily and got here just in time for dinner. After we had been at my parents for a couple hours visiting and playing agme my sister and her kids came over. Thier roof had been leaking and Kevin decieded the weekend of the fourth would be a great weekend to do it since he would have help and had the time off. Well of course it had to pour with part of the roof off and und tarps, so to escape the rain they came over it was fun to watch Ava Kade and Courtney run around and play and tell Grandma Deters since usually thtey won't go near her unless someone else is holding them.
The next day we hung out with my grandma a little longer before they headed to the oquirrh mountian iooenhouse with my mom and sister and her kids. We wemt to look for Ava a bike at the yard sales... she has wanted one for a while and we told her if she uses the potty she can have one....after that the boys went to help Kevin and Cameron with the Roof, and I brought thew girls home to sleep and play so they wouldn't be in the way. That night i took the girls to the roseo with my aunt Mindy and her family while the boys played video games and watched movies on Kevin and Gina's Wicked awsome t.v. Ava loves horses and cows and LOVES the rodeo.
The next day we hit a couple more yard sales and then bought fireworks. I sure love living in a state where you can buy the same stuff the city shoots off. The 3rd and 4th are crazy with the fireworks. After we picke dup ther fireworks we all headed to gina and kevin's to finish helping withthe roof. I helped keep the kids entertained, we had lunch and then after they finished the roof we heaeded home to get cleaned up and head to aunt MIndy's for the fourth of July party. I guess ava was pretty naughty and broke some stuff at midy's (SORRY MINDY!) so ava now has to be with mom dad or another adult at all times until we know we can trustr her agian, i am sire she didn't mean to do it she just isn't used to having things that are breakable in her reach and is way to curious on how things work and loves to open and close doors.
On sunday robert headeded back to rexburg but didn't make it far. About 45 minutes away actually, his car died outside Morgan utah, so seth and Cameron went to help him and see if they could get the car going, good thing we went to my parents ward that day. They couldn't get the car going and had to call a tow truck and take it to a repair shop. So i got in the concord, took ava to my mom's and me and Madison headed down the road. They took Roberts car and we sent robert in our car and we headed back in cameron's car. My parents let us barrow one of their cars so we still had 2. It was a crazy day but we had yummy steaks and corn for dinner(gina and kevin had a thank you Bar b que for the help on the roof).
Now Madison is 3 1/2 months old and getting pretty big for her bassenett and we were going to set up the crib and put her in Ava's room, well while we were at my mom's on friday we saw a thing on the news about a recall on cribs. I didn't see much just the brand and knew that was the brand we had. So sunday i looked and sure enough our crib was on the recall list so i had to call walmart and find out about what to do since we got it there. Monday I loaded the girls in the car and ran to walmart to see what cribs they had in, they only had 2 and both had drop sides and since that has seemed to cause a ton of recalls in the last few months we didn't want to get one of those, after checking we went to my mom's and picked up my grandma to take her home. I got the kids in the car and off we went, luckily we didn't have much traffis and got there about lunch time so we went to lunch and then went to my grandma's house. I got the girls changed and back home we went. After i got home we had to get all the peices of the crib taken back apart and ready to take back, i had to call the wal-mart 800 number to get the upc since it wasn't being sold anymore and won't be in the store's look-up. Seth got home and loaded the crib into his car and i had the girls in the other. I had seth come look at the crib and then we had to bring the crib in. We stood in line for a while and then seth's allergies kicked in so i ran to pharmacya nd bought some eye drops, we got the upc code to them and it wasn't in the system so we had to wait for them to call the wal-mart number to ge the price so they could hand key it. my mom was waitng for us to get done and ava had to go potty and get her diaper changed. SInce we had already been on hold for 45 mionutes at that point i just sent the diaper bag with my wallet in it since i figured we wouldn't need it for a while. Well before seth got back the got the price and i needed my driver's licence and it was with seth. I tried to call him but he hadn't answered, luckily my mom got back just then and i left MAdison with her and went after seth. I got my licence and i finally got the card that had our instore credit on it. After we finished at walmart we headed home 2 hours later!! THen next day I spent research more cribs and finally picked one out and it sound be in anyday.
Now for the reason it is titled this...before i told you miss madison could roll form her back to her tummy, now she can roll both ways and loves to do it, but more impressive is what else she has learned to do. She can scoot. She either pulls with her arms or she pushes with her feet and can go pretty far when she wants to. YEsterday she decieded she wants to crawl but doesn't quite get how to do it. She gets her little legs under her but she doesn't get to lift her head and push up on her arms, she looks funny with her legs in crawling posotion and her head on the floor and movign along. She loves her jumper and loves standing with help. she can do some sitting up alone but not to much, still getting the strength.
We also got Ava a BIKE! to bad she isn't using the potty so it is sitting inout dining room where she can see it. We let her go for a ride whenever she uses the potty. She loves book and i cna't belive some of the words that come out of her mouth, she says things liek that is amazing and declisious and disgusting. She will do so much for her little sister and mom and dad, the problem is just she is too independant, and wants to do it all herself and do it her way. She gets pretty mad when she doesn't get her way and hopefully she will understand why someday. She is so excited for her sister to come in her room. let's hope she still feels that way after sister in is there.

Little Miss Madison is 3 moths old!!!! What a day!

So today our little Madison Jade or as her aunt has decided to call her Maddie J turned 3 months old. I was so excited, but so sad at the same time. She is getting so big and growing too, and getting more able but it also means my tiny baby is gone, and time just went to way fast.
This was a rough day, Madison woke up more than normal last night and was wide awake at 5 a.m. I couldn't sleep the night before and was really tied. she was okay to play on her own for a little while but then she wanted mommy and now, then Ava joined the mix. After finally getting the girls back to sleep I got a little more sleep. Ava was in one of her moods and everything was dramatic. After Seth had lunch with us we headed to my mom's to take some pictures , we took the pictures and my mom asked me to look for the fabric we had gotten to make Ava a quilt for her bed that neither of us could remember the second fabric. I found a small piece but not the whole piece. I wanted to look longer but Ava was ready to destroy mom's house.
Ava wanted to go to the park, but she had to wait for dad. She got out her colors and was coloring her books, then her legs. She loves to color on any and everything! She knows it is wrong so she was sent to her room til dad got home. Then dad came home and she went back to her running 9 million miles a minute. she was up on our chair and started jumping, of course she fell and wacked her face on the book shelf. I was ready to go crazy since i had had a headache for 6 hours, and both girls were cryign or screaming if mommy wasn't right there.
Now another bad thing that happened today. At lunch we wanted milk, mine was slightly warm i figured the fridge just hadn't been closed all the way closed. I opened the freezer to get something and it wasn't really cold, and somethings were not frozen, i openeed the fridge door not really cold either. our fridge was also strangely quite. You guessed it our fridge is dying/ on it's last legs....i guess it shouldn't have been such a big suprise simce we kept having water pool under the drawer. We called the landlord, he came opened the freezer and said we were getting a new one sinc ethis one is pretty old. I guess there was a good thing about it. We decieded this was a good thing about renting, if it breaks we don't have to replace it.
So it has been one busy day and is so glad it is over, praying tomorrow is better...here are some pictures from today and ava'a battle wound.
